In her speech, she stated that the activity of UB lecturers for community services is still lower than research activity. Therefore, the participants are requested to increase the number of proposals to be submitted do Directorate of Higher Education. She added that the most scheme of the previous year proposals was Science for Community (IbM), other schemes were less interested while they had a good prospect to be proposed. Thus, the participants are asked to write other schemes and the new ones in the upcoming Tenth Research Guidelines legalized by Directorate of Higher Education.

On the second day, the participants presented their proposal drafts for community services in front of reviewers which divided into three classes. From the assessment of the proposals, the reviewers chose 4 winners from every class. They were first winners who got IDR. 1000.000 and second winners who got IDR. 500.000. The rewards are given in the form of appreciation and motivation for the winners to develop their draft to be proposed to Directorate of Higher Education.
