One of IRCS UB’s commitments towards manage accountable research and community service is to require the grant recipients to upload all activities starting from submitting proposals to final reports and outputs at SIPP.

Research and Community Service Information System (SIPP) is an information system initiated and developed by IRCS UB and the ICT Unit to integrate all activities dealing with research and community service, whose funding comes from the community. During the recent 4 months, the internal grantees conduct research and community service activities as the determined contract between IRCS UB and the lecturers.

All the principal investigators from 318 research and community service titles have to upload the progress report to SIPP. The deadline for Junior Research Grant (HPP), Leading Research Grants (HPU), Leading Research and Development Grants (HAPPU), International Cooperation Research Grants (HAPKI) Doktor Mengabdi (DM) is on September 5th, 2022. While strategic research & community service and study center, empowerment is on September 11th, 2022. The progress report consists of a 100% financial report with the tax included and logbook or daily research activity report.
