Directorate of Research and Community Services’ Service Declaration:
“Service Satisfaction is Our Goal“
The Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) has reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing energy efficiency through various energy-saving initiatives. This effort aligns with the government’s goals to reduce energy consumption and mitigate the effects of climate change.
Concrete steps that have become part of the work culture at DRPM include turning off lights when they are not in use, using energy-efficient electronic devices, wisely managing air conditioning, utilizing natural sunlight for illumination, and conserving water.
DRPM continuously strives to advance the development of appropriate technologies derived from research and community service results. Key focus areas related to climate change have also been established. These include the creation of renewable energy, the development and support of climate-resilient villages, the management of waste and industrial by-products, and the promotion of environmentally conscious communities. It is hoped that these priority areas will help address societal challenges, particularly in relation to climate change.
