LPPM UB Wins UB Annual Quality Award (UBAQA) 2017

In the series of University of Brawijaya 55th anniversary, University of Brawijaya gave the annual reward of UBAQA again to faculty, department and the academic stakeholders supporting institutions (UKPPA), who have good performance at University of Brawijaya.

On January 17th, 2018, Institute of Research and Community Service, University of Brawijaya (LPPM UB) got the first winner of UBAQA 2017 for the category of the academic stakeholders supporting institutions. In the ceremony, Rector of Brawijaya University gave the rewards to Head of LPPM UB, Dr. Bambang Susilo.

Some components and criteria for evaluating UBAQA for this category were the score of Customer Satisfaction Index (35 %) on the CSI Report 2016, the follow up of e-complaint (35 %) taken from the recapitulation of follow-up report by PIDK in 2017 and the result of internal quality audit (30%) seen from the percentage of corrective actions of AIM UKPPA Cycle 10 2017.

Hopefully, by receiving this rewards could trigger LPPM UB team’s working motivation and collaboration in order to give better quality service.
