The activity of Job Analysis (ANJAB) and Workload Analysis (ABK) in the Local Government of Kediri was conducted due to the change of regional government institutions in Indonesia based on Government Regulation Number 18 in 2016 about regional official. Referring to the regulation, The Local Government of Kediri immediately did some changes in regional regulation and followed by the composing of ANJAB and ABK to fulfill the qualification and the number of personnel needed in every position. It was done through collaboration with Institute of Research and Community Services – University of Brawijaya (LPPM UB) under the coordination of the chief executive,  Dr. Atiek Iriany, MS.

On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, Head of LPPM UB, Prof. Woro Busono, in opening the meeting at Aria Gajayana Malang hotel, stated that the implementation of ANJAB and ABK this year is a little bit difficult because of the new ministerial regulation about the name (the nomenclature) of the managing position in the staff level.
