Workshop in Composing Workload Analysis 2018

As the effort to increase the role of Institute of Research and Community Services – University of Brawijaya (LPPM UB) in actively built the nation through research and community services, it was required to have reliable human resources in performing their duties and fulfilling stakeholders’ demands.  In order to perform the duties and programs well, LPPM UB needed to manage its organization and employees’ position based on workload analysis. In association with it, LPPM UB conducted a workshop for its employee with the title “Composing Workload Analysis 2018” on Friday-Saturday, April 27th -28th 2018 in Amarta Hills Hotel & Resort.

The workshop was opened by Secretary of LPPM UB, Dr. Ir. Maftuch, MSi at 8.30 am. The materials presented in this workshop were the socialization of Rector Decree Number 43 in 2016 about employee remuneration, number 44 about the general functional position and technical functional position, number 45 about the target and achievement of performance and number 47 about the remuneration calculation for managing officer and employee, which were delivered by, Moh. Farid Rachman, SSi., MSi.

At the same place, the following agenda was the explanation of workload analysis presented by the chairman of administration, Sri Aminin, SIP., MAP and its implementation to analyze every employee workload, guided by Program, Public, and Data & Information Headquarters. Then, on Saturday, April 28th, 2018, the following agenda were a plenary meeting and a program to improve motivation, potency, and innovation in assuming the position.

Hopefully, LPPM UB could increase its service with the support from its employees who have high integrity in carrying out the position based on the analysis.
